Shipping Information

Once you have submitted an order with us online you have the choice or using Click & Collect, local delivery, delivery and on-site installation or shipping.

Simply add products to your cart and head to the checkout as normal. Click & Collect can be applied to your order for no additional charge by selecting the "Click & Collect" option. If this option isn’t available at checkout, it means that the product you have selected isn’t available for click-and-collect.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from us to confirm your order has been received. We aim to have your items ready to collect within 1 business day of placing the order if the item/s are in stock. Once your order is ready to collect, you'll receive an email from us.

Collecting your items

To collect your order, head into your selected store with a copy of your confirmation email and some identification, and our team will bring your order to you right away to complete the pick-up process.

All Click and Collect orders will be held for collection in-store at Business Applications Limited for up to 60 days.

Shipping info

At Business Applications Limited we believe in being transparent with our costs. All orders placed online at www.bal.co.nz will have a delivery fee calculated at check out. This fee is dependent on your order size and delivery location.

Shipping is only within New Zealand

We offer shipping to New Zealand only. If you are interested in purchasing an item from Business Applications Limited, please email us at sales@bal.co.nz with what you would like to order and your delivery address. We will come back to you with the shipping price and details on how to place your order.

General Shipping Information

  • All shipping rates are in NZ dollars.

  • To see if an item is sent with Mainfreight or Aramex, this information can be seen in the “Shipping Information” of an item.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day subject to availability of stock.

  • If you are unable to receive an order, please contact us at sales@bal.co.nz as soon as you have placed your order. We can hold items for 60 days if needed.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Smaller orders delivered by courier should be received within 4 working days of dispatch. Courier delays can occur.

  • Large equipment will be delivered within 5-10 working days of dispatch.

  • All items sent by courier may need a signature on delivery.

  • We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes.

  • The customer will be contacted before any delivery to arrange a suitable time.

  • We may be unable to ship oversized, overweight or other items to rural destinations, or in some situations, this may incur an additional fee. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our customer services to discuss options for your order.
